Parrots and Bella-what?

The season is being fickle, showering us with both 80-degree sun and whippets of snow since March 21. But I think now it is for real. Exhibit A, courtesy Hedge:

The former cluster of purple and green and pinks are bella...something. (Let's play Name that Flower again.) The latter are parrot tulips. There's something wild and secret and delicate about both.
